PYRAMID is a new spring bean variety with an exceptionally high yield potential.
Agronomically, Pyramid is similar to Fuego having a good combination of very good standing power and relatively early maturity. Pyramid has promising grain quality with the pale, smooth skin and pale hilum preferred by the premium export market for human consumption.

Pyramid has a sound combination of agronomic characters being moderately tall with good standing power. It is also relatively early to ripen. |
Pyramid is slightly more susceptible to downy mildew than Fuego and may require a fungicide treatment in some situations.
Pyramid is slightly smaller seeded than Fuego and produces a bold looking sample. Its pale skin and pale hilum make it potentially suitable for the premium export market, for samples that are free of staining and insect damage |
